Meet Kayla
Raised in Wisconsin, my husband and I moved to Colorado in 2013 in search of new adventures. We are now the proud parents of two daughters ages 4 and 1. My education was unique, varied and included valuable study abroad programs. I returned to complete my Master's degree in
2020 in organizational leadership and project management.

My work experience has provided a wide range of knowledge and I have held a variety of positions from management to operations to communications. I obtained my Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in project management in 2020. My accomplishments have made me highly adaptable, intuitive, and a natural learner. I relish the opportunity to try something new and never shy away from the unknown. I have a strong can-do attitude about each project. My background in operations gives me a strong sense of noticing the small details while paying attention to the big picture. My family is the most important thing to me. We are proud and active members of discover community church. I enjoy creating healthy cooking adventures and staying physically active. Our family often plays strategic board games for fun. I also am active in the arts and enjoy music, reading and crafting. We spend time outdoors together as well, either camping, skiing, or just enjoying the land. I also participate in activism work for various conservative causes.
